Jonny was formerly Director of Development at Twofour.

Whilst there he was involved in the development of hit events such as The Jump and Sink or Swim for Channel 4, The Real Marigold Hotel for BBC One, hit reality format Ibiza Weekender for ITV2, returning daytime series Beat The Chef for Channel 4 and the global roll-out of This Time Next Year for ITV.

Before that he worked at ITV Studios where he helped develop the long-running global format, Four Weddings.
